Arrosticini are sheepskin skewers, typical of Abruzzo cuisine. Strongly linked to the pastoral tradition of Abruzzo and the consequent consumption of sheepmeat, meat cut into pieces is tucked into the skewers and then baked, usually using a brazier by the characteristic elongated shape of the canal.
