Villages, beaches and nature

The traps are strange and complex fishing machines, hoisted on piles and almost miraculously supported by a cobweb of cables and axes. They do not have a stable shape but, in their essential parts, consist of platforms consisting of not completely connected planks and beams, high on primitive pillars stuck at the bottom of the sea or on rocks, and joined to the nearby shore by sloping walkways.
